Additional General Member’s Meeting

Due to the illness of our current CEO, the Supervisory Board and the Board have decided to appoint a temporary statutory director, specifically an interim CEO.

At an additional General Members’ Meeting, the Supervisory Board will nominate Marcel Gelauff as temporary statutory director, specifically interim CEO of BumaStemra.
We would like to invite you to attend this additional General Members’ Meeting on Friday 8 December at 10.00 – 11:30 in Hoofddorp.

Please note that the additional General Members’ Meeting is a closed meeting for members and affiliates of BumaStemra.
