CONNECTING SOUNDS: KPOP IN AMSTERDAM

K-pop has secured a place in the top five largest music markets in the world, with an impact that is both global and undeniable. Following the success of the Creative Mission Seoul 2025, BumaStemra, Dutch Music Export, and Hit by the Windmill are once again joining forces to bring the energy, creativity, and industry of K-pop to the Netherlands.

On Friday, 5 September 2025, we will bring together a select group of BumaStemra members, publishers, music professionals, songwriters & producers from the Netherlands and South Korea for the Connecting Sounds Insight Day at Cruise Control Studios, Amsterdam.

Program highlights
The afternoon opens with a welcome from BumaStemra, followed by a K-pop crash course with Hit by the Windmill, backstage insights from Dutch and Korean hit-makers, a roundtable on global collaborations, plus networking drinks with Korean snacks and industry professionals from both countries.
