Karin de Groot nominated as BumaStemra CEO

During the General Members’ Meeting (GMM) on 28 November 2025, Karin de Groot will be nominated as statutory CEO and chair of the BumaStemra Management Board, effective 1 December 2025. Karin de Groot succeeds Marcel Gelauff, who has held the role on an interim basis since November 2023.

Karin brings over 20 years of experience at management level and has made her mark in the media and television world. Karin is a mediator, strategically strong and focused on results. With Karin on board, BumaStemra can look to the future with confidence.
