Why aren’t all of my earnings visible?

In Track & Trace Online (and in your online statement), you only see income from countries that are covered by BumaStemra’s direct agreements with the relevant DSPs.

Income from other countries is included in the international statement.

Which countries are covered by direct agreements differs per agreement. In general, the following countries are always excluded from direct deals:

• North America (except for mechanical rights on the US mainland)
• South America (except for mechanical rights in Brazil)
• Canada
• Australia & New Zealand
• Japan
• North and South Korea
• China
