Will I receive a reimbursement for attending the General Members’ Meeting (GMM)?

Yes, members who attend the General Members’ Meeting (GMM) of BumaStemra in person will receive an expense reimbursement of €25,- (excluding VAT) as a travel allowance. This reimbursement will be paid after the meeting. Members who attend online are not eligible for reimbursement.

How is the expense reimbursement paid?
The reimbursement is paid based on the relation number. Authors will receive the payment personally via their own relation number. For publishers, the reimbursement is paid to the publishing company (via the publisher’s relation number), regardless of who represents the company at the GMM.
