How do I change my bank account number?

You can update your bank account details by sending an email to members@bumastemra.nl.

Please include the following information and documents in your email:

• Your BumaStemra member number
• Your current bank account number
• Your new bank account number
• A copy of your bank card or a recent bank statement
• A copy of your valid ID (passport, identity card, or Dutch driver’s license)

It’s important that your account number and the account holder’s name are clearly visible on the documents you provide. We kindly ask you to mask any other sensitive information.

If you’re submitting a foreign bank account, please also include the name and address of the bank, as well as the BIC code.

* Authors can only register a personal bank account.
Publishers can only provide a business account, which must match either the legal entity’s name or the name registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK).

In accordance with GDPR, all attachments will be deleted after your request has been approved.
