What happens if I don’t enter my BSN?

BumaStemra has a legal obligation to provide complete and correct BSNs to the tax authorities. Failure to do so could result in a fine being imposed by the tax authorities. If the BSN is not provided by 31 August 2024, BumaStemra intends to terminate the exploitation agreement by 31 December 2024, in accordance with Article 11.B of the exploitation agreement.
