How to register AI-generated works via MijnBumaStemra?
Follow the process:
1. Fully AI-Generated Work
a. Rights holder: Not applicable.
b. How to register: Registration is not possible.
c. Payment: No payment is available.
2. AI-Generated Lyrics, Own Composition
a. Rights holder: You as the composer and AI BUMASTEMRA as the lyricist.
b. How to register: Register the lyrics under “AI BUMASTEMRA” using IPI number 01252737944. The composition is registered under your name.
c. Payment: Only for the composition.
3. AI-Generated Composition, Own Lyrics
a. Rights holder: You as the lyricist and AI BUMASTEMRA as the composer.
b. How to register: Register the lyrics under your name; the composition under “AI BUMASTEMRA” using IPI number 01252737944.
c. Payment: Only for the lyrics.
4. AI-assisted work. You used AI as a supporting tool but made sufficient creative choices to consider it your own work.
a. Rights holder: You as the author/composer.

AI-Assisted Works:
- These works are eligible for copyright protection, provided sufficient creative choices have been made.
- AI is considered a tool.
AI-Generated Works :
- Works created solely from prompts, without further creative input, generally do not qualify for copyright protection.
Your Responsibility in registration
As a member, you are responsible for correctly registering your works. This includes:
- Registering your repertoire immediately after creation.
- Ensuring you hold the copyright.
- Declaring that your work does not infringe on the rights of third parties.
